JOHN BLUME'

John has over 30 years in the marine insurance industry. His background includes Ocean Cargo, Commercial Hull, Yachts and Marine Package Business. He worked as an underwriter on the company side in the Los Angeles area for 18 years with The Hartford Insurance Company, MOAC and GRE Albany Insurance Company. He started the Marine Department at Sun Coast in January, 1995.

John obtained his B.S. Degree in Business Administration from United Stated International University, San Diego in 1974. He currently resides in San Clemente, California with his wife and is an avid surfer, enjoys the beach, road/mountain biking and golf.

PAULA QUASE

Paula has been involved in Marine Insurance for over 2 years at Sun Coast. She has 3 years commercial lines experience and 17 years in personal auto, all with Sun Coast Insurance. Paula has been in the retail and wholesale insurance business for almost 30 years and is a licensed broker. She resides in Garden Grove, California and enjoys spending time with her family, going boating and taking cruises.
